Single component, water-based aliphatic urethane that produces a clear, tough, protective gloss coating. CLEARCOAT AQ has excellent adhesion and produces a film that is tough, flexible, and chemical resistant. It has excellent resistance to UV, abrasion, oxidation, humidity, impact, and solvents.

Siloxane-based, single component, penetrating sealer and protector for use on brick, stucco, block, concrete, stone, and exterior wood. POLASEAL M-A penetrates the substrate and quickly locks itself into the pore structure. It produces a durable, invisible barrier against the action of weather, acid pollutants, salts, and de-icing chemicals.

POLASEAL E is a water-based, single component water repellent treatment for use on a wide variety of masonry and wood substrates.  It penetrates the substrate and then cures by reaction with air to lock itself into the pore structure of the substrate. It is highly effective as a single coat treatment and will not alter the appearance of the substrate. POLASEAL E has low odor, very low toxicity, easy handling and clean-up and is environmentally safe.
