Polyurea

Polyurea may be repaired with Polaroof RAC polyurethane coating and Roofab polyester fabric if splits or damage have occurred. In the case of excessive wear that has reduced the thickness of the polyurea, a basecoat of Polaroof RAC polyurethane coating may be used to restore the original thickness. A topcoat of Wearcoat 44 aliphatic polyurethane coating, in any color, is used to provide complete protection of the polyurea and an aggregate broadcast may be incorporated to enhance traction for rooftop foot traffic.
