Hypalon single ply (also referred to by its chemical acronym C.S.P.E.) is normally white or gray and often covered by a layer of chalky deposit.  After thorough cleaning, a basecoat of Polaroof RAC moisture-cure urethane is applied, and all seams and penetrations are reinforced with Roofab polyester fabric.  A finish coat of Polaroof RAC moisture-cure urethane is applied to provide a waterproof, solar-reflective layer of protection.
