The problem here was water getting in under the roof tiles in driving rain conditions. |

The solution was to apply Polaroof SP tinted to the same color as the roof tiles. First it was applied under the lower lip of the tiles to seal that edge and along the edge flashings. |

Then all the tiles were sealed with a seamless coat of Polaroof SP.
This process has also cut down on the number of tile breakages. |

Washington, DC. This bar/restaurant had an apartment above it that had two problems.. It had a roof leak and it got very hot in the summer.
Polaroof SP in white was applied in two coats over the primed standing seam metal roof. |

The result was a 15 degree drop in average room temperature in the summer and with roofab embedded in the coating over holes in the metal, the leak was also fixed. |
