This leaky roof was fixed in 20 minutes with Polaroof RAC and Roofab.  First, a coat of Polaroof RAC was applied to the flashing detail. by brush and roller.
		Roofab was laid into the wet coating, positioned and then topcoated with Polaroof RAC.
		A larger piece of Roofab was cut to patch a cracked and worn area. The same application procedure described above (Polaroof RAC,/ Roofab, /Polaroof RAC) was followed.
		The roof was then thoroughly coated with Polaroof RAC at approximately 100 sq. ft. per gallon, as a basecoat. The roof was recoated the next day at the same rate to provide the appropriate 24/25 dry mils thickness.
		Here is the finished roof. Notice the larger piece of Roofab in the foreground that was used to patch the cracked and worn area of the roof. With this application procedure completed, you now have installed a 10 year roof surface that is FM approved, Class "A" fire rated and seamless.
POLAROOF RAC over P.U.F.  (Polyurethane Foam)
		The original roof had weathered badly from UV exposure.  Silver coating had worn off and bugholes from UV deterioration and bird pecking were evident everywhere.
		Using DRY sand, you can mix up a dry, crumbly grout with POLAROOF RAC to patch holes and fill cracks as part of the preparation before applying two coats of POLAROOF RAC.
		Flashing details around pipes, air conditioners and roof penetrations must be performed as part of the preparation.  These areas should be reinforced with ROOFAB.
		Finally, the roof is coated with two coats of POLAROOF RAC  to provide a 10 year roof restoration.
