NW 'Z' GRADE is a tenacious waterproofing coating designed especially for concrete and wood decks, walkways and stairways. Using state-of-the-art technology, NW 'Z' GRADE possesses a unique combination of superior strength and waterproofing abilities. It may also be used in marine, off-shore and sports facilities to provide a tough, damage-resistant, protective finish that will remain fully functional and attractive.

NW 'Z' GRADE was tested for conformance to industrial standards to meet the approval of the Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWR Institute). This product was validated using third party verification to certify that it performed above industry standards. NW 'Z' GRADE has been used successfully many times to protect and restore fiberglass (G.R.P.) structures including waterslides and boat hulls that are exposed to constant or intermittent submersion.

Surfaces must be dry, free of dirt or loose debris, and free of oils, grease or any substance that will interfere with bond. All repairs of damage or defects must be made prior to product application.

NW 'Z' GRADE is applied straight out of the can after 2 minutes of gentle low speed mixing or stirring. Apply the product using brush, roller or spray technique. If airless spray application is desired, NW 'Z' GRADE should be used with the following equipment specifications: Ratio 30:1 or 40:1 ½” hose and a #35 or larger tip. A shorter hose length will increase output at the tip. Apply NW 'Z' GRADE in a smooth, even fashion to achieve a uniform coating thickness in 1 or 2 coats as desired. Allow sufficient ventilation to promote thorough drying between coats and before service. Drying time in well ventilated circumstances is 12 hours at 70°F (50% R.H.) for 16 mils wet film thickness.

Do not apply to wet or frozen surfaces that are saturated with moisture. Proper surface preparation is important to product performance. Shelf life is 24 months in unopened cans stored indoors. This product is flammable. Keep away from sources of heat, sparks, and flames. Use only EP rated equipment.

NW 'Z' GRADE is recoatable. If an area becomes damaged, recoat with NW 'Z' GRADE. Clean tools and equipment with xylene or toluene solvents. Do not allow the solvents to contact NW 'Z' GRADE that has been applied.

NW 'Z' GRADE is a solvent-based product. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water for 15 minutes. For contact with eyes, wash for 15 minutes with clear water and get medical attention in addition to flushing. In case of ingestion, do NOT induce vomiting; immediately contact a physician. Avoid inhalation of fumes; if aerosol mist is inhaled, immediately seek medical attention. Wear safety goggles, rubber gloves, coveralls, and filter mask when applying NW 'Z' GRADE. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
